Behavioral Types for Space-aware Systems
نویسندگان
چکیده
Behavioral types for space-aware systems are proposed as a means to facilitate the development, commissioning, maintenance, and refactoring of systems with cyber-physical characteristics. In this paper, we particularly introduce the formal definition of behavioral types that are associated with system components in order to specify their expected behavior. As application domain, we concentrate on systems from industrial automation that encompass recurring behavior.

Behavioral study of piston manufacturing plant through stochastic models
Piston plays a vital role in almost all types of vehicles. The present study discusses the behavioral study of a piston manufacturing plant. Manufacturing plants are complex repairable systems and therefore, it is difficult to evaluate the performance of a piston manufacturing plant using stochastic models. The stochastic model is an efficient performance evaluator for repairable systems. In...
متن کاملDistance-Aware Beamforming for Multiuser Secure Communication Systems
Typical cryptography schemes are not well suited for low complexity types of equipment, e.g., Internet of things (IoT) devices, as they may need high power or impose high computational complexity on the device. Physical (PHY) layer security techniques such as beamforming (in multiple antennas systems) are possible alternatives to provide security for such applications. In this paper, we consid...
متن کاملOn The Relationships Between Types of $L$-convergence Spaces
This paper focuses on the relationships between stratified $L$-conver-gence spaces, stratified strong $L$-convergence spaces and stratifiedlevelwise $L$-convergence spaces. It has been known that: (1) astratified $L$-convergence space is precisely a left-continuousstratified levelwise $L$-convergence space; and (2) a stratifiedstrong $L$-convergence space is naturally a stratified $L$-converg...
متن کاملEffects of exposure to different types of radiation on behaviors mediated by peripheral or central systems.
The effects of exposure to ionizing radiation on behavior may result from effects on peripheral or on central systems. For behavioral endpoints that are mediated by peripheral systems (e.g., radiation-induced conditioned taste aversion or vomiting), the behavioral effects of exposure to heavy particles (56Fe, 600 MeV/n) are qualitatively similar to the effects of exposure to gamma radiation (60...
